Taking financial services to the people

In an effort to make financial services accessible to all, Sanlam Namibia Holdings recently commissioned its new mobile van, which will make its first rounds this month. The mobile van will be attending to clients in the northern parts of the country throughout July, by visiting shopping malls and trade fairs. From there it will be deployed throughout the country.  Sanlam’s mobile office will make it possible for personnel to assist Sanlam and Namlife clients wherever they are. This is in line with the company’s vision to enhance client service delivery, and to provide all Namibians access to financial expertise.
