Bank Windhoek on NSX

The Chairman of the Board of Bank Windhoek Holdings (BWH), Koos Brandt has announced that Bank Windhoek Holdings Limited (BWH) has applied to the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) for the listing of its shares on the main board.
In accordance with the requirements of the NSX, BWH has appointed IJG Securities to act as the lead sponsor and co–advisor. PSG Konsult Wealth Management (Namibia) will act as the lead advisor and cosponsor.
Bank Windhoek Holdings Ltd will become only the second banking group to list on the NSX and the 13th primary listing. Koos Brandt emphasised that “The listing of a company is a regulated process and therefore the exact timing of the listing will only become clear as the process unfolds.”
