Golden shackles for young bank generation

It was all smiles when the latest intake of aspiring young bankers this week had the opportunity to meet their big boss. After grinding through a two-day orientation course, twenty three keen young bankers finally came face to face with the Managing Director of Standard Bank Namibia, Vetumbuavi Mungunda (centre). Helping the group find their spot in the overwhelming world of banking, is the the Head Human Capital, Isdor Angula. In two days the recruits had to grasp the bigger picture of banking, their own employer’s position, and where they fit in individually.
