The formation of this new segment is aligned to the restructuring at FNB to improve customer service.

It will offer a complete value proposition that will not only include transactional banking accounts and access to funds, but also improve FNB’s capacity to provide services that help these customers save and manage their money and protect their lifestyle through investment and insurance offerings. The focus is thus to offer solutions that will assist customers create wealth”.
Norval holds a Master’s Degree from the University of the Free State, majoring in Sociology, and was later awarded an MBA Degree from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, both cum laude. His work, both scientific and popular papers, has been printed in various publications.
