Banking anywhere anytime

FNB’s Head of Branch Banking, Retail and Business Banking, Steve Coetzee reminds clients of the convenience and safety of personalised electronic banking services.

FNB Namibia this week reminded customers that they do not need to visit a branch to do their banking, but can bank safely anytime, anywhere from the comfort of their home, in front of an ATM or from their cellphones. FNB’s Steve Coetzee said “FNB has over the years ensured that numerous avenues have been opened for customers to make use of the bank’s self-service channels as well as the many options for e-banking.

It is no longer necessary for the greater part of your banking needs to physically go into a bank. We [now] have the technology to assist customers outside of our branches.”  Coetzee listed the self-service channels as cardless cash, prepaid airtime, electricity and DSTV, eWallet, pay2cell, FNB banking apps, and .Mobi. “We also offer more than 226 ATMs and 2030 speedpoints throughout Namibia as well as online banking, in-store ATMs and cell phone banking. If you do not have to physically deposit money or need a query solved, customers do not have to visit our branches.”
