NAMA winners

Chief Commercial Officer at NBC Alex Shimuafeni, Namibian Annual Musical Awards(NAMAs) Lifetime Achievement Winner Francois ‘Papa Fransua’ Tsubaloko and Chief Human Capital & Corporate Affairs Officer of MTC Tim Ekandjo at the prize giving ceremony held at the NBC studios this week. The best male and female artists of the year each walked away with N$50,000 while other winners each received N$20,000 for winning their respective categories. “To our Best male and female artist of the year, with every level of elevation comes new enemies. People generally admire success, but not when it is not on them, the focus will deliberately be on you. Many will try to discredit you, but all we can say is maintain discipline and continue to do what you do best, and support our theme which discourages abuse against women and children” said Ekandjo.
