Otjiwarongo Town Square Mall squeaky clean

The Safland Property Group’s on-going commitment to support local SME’s in the regions where their shopping malls are built, took a further step with the appointment of Hage Investments as the provider for cleaning services of Town Square Mall in Otjiwarongo.
“I am honoured to be awarded this contract and to be associated with the new and refurbished Town Square Mall in Otjiwarongo Town Square. This is setting the retail standard in this region, and it will be my team’s responsibility to contribute towards this standard of excellence,” said the owner of Hage Investments, Ivan Namaseb.
Town Square Mall in Otjiwarongo is the first major Safland development and comprises an extension to and refurbishment of the former Otjiwarongo Shoprite shopping complex.

Present during the signing of the contract was Safland’s Managing Director, Des van Jaarsveld and Operations Director, Jeremy Rossouw.
The Safland Group is one of Namibia’s largest commercial and retail property developers with a portfolio including Gwashamba Mall in Ondangwa, Town Square in Otjiwarongo and The Grove Mall of Namibia in Windhoek which is scheduled for opening in September 2014.
