Tickets go on sale for BA Awards

Reigning MTC NPL league champions, Black Africa will hold their gala dinner and annual awards to honour outstanding players and officials for the 2011/2012 season on Saturday, 23 June 2012 at the Nampower Convention Centre
Outgoing Chairman, Cassius Moetie said the gala dinner is an annual event where the team recognises individual and collective contributions of players, technical staff and support committees. At the same event, the team will also recognise the valuable contribution of sponsors such as FNB, Safland Property Management, the AFCOR Group and Namrisk.
The biggest award for the night will go to the FNB Player of the Year who will take home N$20 000. For the first time in the history of the club, supporters and football lovers have been invited to help select the player of the year through an sms voting campaign.
The sms competition will close at 14:00hrs on the day of the awards and the winner will be announced that evening. Tickets for the gala dinner and awards ceremony are being sold at the BA office at N$300 per person.
