Walk for Bibles

Hazel Oosthuizen of Homeconomix, Paul Oosthuizen of Officeconomix and Audrey Orren of the Bible Society finalising the furniture dealer’s sponsorship for this year’s Walk for Bibles. Known as the Officenomix & Homeconomix Walk for Bibles, this project of the Bible Society, has become one of its main events to collect funds for Bible translation and distribution. The Walk for Bibles takes place on 03 November starting at Windhoek Gymnasium. Entries open on 24 October. Entry forms are available at the Bible Shop in Independence Avenue 428, Officeconomix as well as Checkers (Maerua). The first 150 entries done at the Bible Shop will receive a free goody bag. Entry fees are N$30 per adult and N$20 per child and include a Coke and medal at the finish. Dogs on leashes are welcome!
