Open day at DHPS

The Deutsche Höhere Privatschule in Windhoek this week extended an open invitation to all Namibians to come and visit the school on Saturday 07 June.
The DHPS open day starts at 08:30 and runs until 12:00.
“The pupils and teachers of DHPS have prepared a fun filled Saturday morning of teaching and activities, and everybody is looking forward to welcome loads of visitors.”
“Whether you are interested in the arts, science or sport, come and find out about the difference in DHPS’s teaching routine.”
Visitors are also invited to attend a rehearsal of the BläserKlasse (symphonic wing orchestra). “We have prepared exciting science experiments, art exhibitions and presentations of all departments. For prospective parents and learners, DHPS offers a tour of the sports grounds and the gymnasium.

The school supports its teaching excellenc with 53 classrooms all equipped with smart boards. The used of this tutoring aid will be demonstrated. “DHPS offers learning opportunities for all Namibian language groups, starting with a baby group, kindergarten, pre-primary, primary up to the secondary department where we offer both the local (NSSC) and international (DIAP) school leaving certificate.
The German private school is located in Church Street near Windhoek’s CBD.
