Katuka Mentorship celebrates a dozen years

The Katuka Mentorship Programme had its Certificate Ceremony this week Tuesday. Mentees and mentors were invited to celebrate their achievements at a cocktail function at Nice Restaurant and Bar. The Katuka programme is currently in its twelfth year and has already produced significant results in the careers of the participating mentees. CEO of Namdeb, Inge Zaamwani-Kamwi is the programme patron. Receiving their certificates are from left to right (Mentees), Patience Kake: Offender Counsellor at Namibian Correctional Services, Mathilde Ishitile: Fashion Designer at White Feather Creations & Decor CC, Bernada Tjipita: Marketing Assistant at Woermann & Brock, Lydia Hamunyela: Systems Administrator at Telecom Namibia, and (Mentors) Dantagos Garosas: Human Resourse Manager at The Namibian, Elke Hanstein: Human Resourses at Namdeb, Annemarie van der Riet: General Manager at Avis Fleet Services, Kobie du Preez: Financial Adviser at FulCrum Blue Star, Nadia Zu Bentheim, Owner of Weaver’s Rock Guest Farm, Desere Lundon-Muller, Chairperson of the Economist Businesswomen Projects, Oiva Angula, Senior Manager Communications at Telecom and Sabine Ruegg, the programme trainer The Katuka Mentorship programme is sponsored by Telecom Namibia.
