Bridgens to head Brand Marketing at Bank Windhoek
Local bank,Bank Windhoek recently appointed Carmen-Rae Bridgens as the new Head of Brand Marketing at the Marketing and Corporate Communication Services (MCCS) department.
According to the bank, Bridgens brings with her a wealth of experience having spent over seven years in the Marketing environment, in specific brand management and digital marketing.
She holds a B.Com Honours in Marketing Management and a BPhil degree in Transport and Logistics Studies from the University of Stellenbosch. She has also completed several leadership and international brand building courses during her career.
“I am extremely humbled to have received this opportunity to head up the Bank Windhoek Brand Marketing team. I have come from a background of strong FMCG marketing at Namibia Breweries Ltd, in which I take great pride, and therefore, with my shift to the banking industry, I am certain that while I may be presented with many new and exciting challenges, I am ready and prepared for the task,” said Bridgens.
“The Bank Windhoek brand is unique, steeped in heritage and committed to making a positive difference. I am so honoured to be given the responsibility of managing this inspirational brand and its group of dynamic brand custodians,” Bridgens said.
