Ekandjo receives accolade

The Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affairs Officer at Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC), Tim Ekandjo was bestowed with the Africa Leadership Award in the category of Human Resource at an event that took place in Mauritius on 10 December.

The award is conferred to outstanding professionals who have demonstrated vision, flair, acumen and professionalism in leadership and management skills in an organization, thus making changes and achieving results for their organizations. Said Ekandjo, “I am therefore honoured to be bestowed this exceptional award from the Africa Leadership Awards as recognition to my commitment to the profession of HR as well as those around me in the profession. I am therefore accepting this not just on my own behalf but also on behalf of my country Namibia and the profession of HR and MTC for its persistent pursuit to the cause of excellence”.
