Bible Societies meet

Representatives from the Bible Societies of Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland held their annual meeting in Windhoek early September. At these annual gatherings Bible Society directors exchange strategies to help each society to be more effective in its own region. The Bible Societies have the opportunity at these meetings to present their different challenges and problems for which possible solutions can then be identified.In the back row are, from the left, Paul Maddison (South Africa), Dirk Gevers (South Africa), Gabriel Tsuaneng (Botswana), Dr Schalk Botha (Namibia), Inahaneng Tsekana (Lesotho), Alda Smuts (Namibia), Natasja Pieterse (Namibia) and the Reverend Barnie van der Walt (Namibia).
