Who’s Who launches 2017 edition

The publishers of the networking magazine Who’s Who Namibia, launched the 2017 edition in Windhoek at Slow Town Coffee Brewers this week.

Publisher and Editor of Who’s Who Namibia and Managing Director of Virtual Marketing, Thea Visser, introduced some of the prominent personalities featured in the trade and networking directory.

Some of the featured speakers spoke of crafting their own destiny by creating and designing a job for themselves at a time where the economy needs self-starters to create private enterprises.

Also speaking at the launch, Johannes Gawaxab, former Old Mutual Executive and established business persona of note shared his experience in running a continental team of personnel spanning across 5 African countries. Gawaxab urged all individuals in whatever role they play in society to see the bountiful opportunity which is often disguised as unemployment.

Owner of Slow Town Coffee, where the trade directory was launched, Dennis de Wet, who is also featured in the trade directory said that being himself an entrepreneur, networking and associations are fundamental in getting the encouragement and to start and run a viable business.
