Second round of Defence Force aid

Mr. Klaus Wurzel (front right) from the German Ministry of Defence and Mr. Abraham Iilonga (front left), the deputy Permanent Secretary in the Namibian Ministry of Defence with members of the German Military Advisory Group, the Namibian Defence Force and the ministry. The German defence group visited the Namibian Defence Force earlier in November to sign an extension agreement on German equipment aid for the Ministry of Defence. The military equipment and training improve the capacity of the Namibian Defence Force to participate in peace-keeping operations and to implement common strategic goals for cooperation.
