MVA Fun Ride for Spinal Cord and Brain trauma

At a Fun Ride organised by the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, victims traumatised in car crashes demonstrated their ability for convalescence as supported by the fund. The MVA Fund in accordance with its mandate, provides a safety net in terms of medical benefit, loss of income, house modifications and holistic rehabilitation for patients who attend tailored rehabilitation programmes to ensure their return to work, school and community. The fund said Case Managers constantly keep contact with these patients to ensure that they are sufficiently taken care of. It also affirms the Fund’s attempts at inclusivity and equal opportunities in line with national policies. The Namibian injury rate in car crashes is 347 persons per 100,000 population. About The Author

Typesetter

Today the Typesetter is a position at a newspaper that is mostly outdated since lead typesetting disappeared about fifty years ago. It is however a convenient term to indicate a person that is responsible for the technical refinement of publishing including web publishing. The Typesetter does not contribute to editorial content but makes sure that all elements are where they belong. - Ed.
