Namibia Dairies last week officially launched its latest enticing and entertaining advertising campaign: The Nammilk Way! The campaign has been produced by the local advertising agency, Weathermen & Co. which is also a subsidiary of the O&L Group.
The campaign aims to educate consumers about The Nammilk Way of producing milk by showcasing the !Aimab Superfarm situated in Mariental (where the TV ad was filmed) – home of Namibia’s high-quality, healthy milk and the source of every drop of local goodness.

The new Nammilk campaign showcases local in unique ways from the setting to the people used. The local star of the first TV ad in the campaign is Superfarm employee, Katrina Links who cares for her children – the Nammilk cows – in the most loving way. Katrina portrays the fact that everyone on the Superfarm is committed to keeping cows happy and healthy, because we all know that happy healthy cows make happy healthy families. All of the characters in the series of TV and radio adverts are Superfarm employees, local voice artists and Namibian Youth Choir members. The gifted singers from the College of the Arts Youth Choir also performed the captive soundtrack for the campaign. There is, as Nammilk’s slogan suggests ‘local goodness in every drop’ of every single Nammilk product and that is exactly what this campaign sets out to do. Weathermen & Co. Managing Director, Nicky Schermer said, “We believe that ‘The Nammilk Way campaign’ encapsulates this through using our beautiful country and her people to create an awe-inspiring production for fellow Namibians to enjoy and take ownership of, as a proud piece of communication for our country for years to come!”
The national campaign is currently being aired on NBC television (Channel 283 on DSTV), radio, print, in-store as well as coming alive on social media (facebook.com/mynammilk).  Namibians are encouraged to keep an eye out for The Nammilk Way.
