Northern farmers grow for food security

Three farmers from the North excelled this week Thursday at a Horticultural Day organised by the Namibian Agronomic Board to award the best farmers for their contribution to food security. From the left are, the Medium Scale Producer of the Year, Mr Johannes Kalenga from Etunda in the Omusati Region, Mr Michael Iyambo, the Large Scale Producer of the Year from Oshikoto Fresh Fruit and Vegetables and the Emerging Horticultural Producer of the Year, Mr Epafras Hilengwa of 2nd Chance Farm in the Omusati Region.
