Investing in the youth

Team KIA Namibia Elite rider Martin Freyer conducted a training camp near Windhoek a fortnight ago. His exercises, focused on cross country specific skills, were based on knowledge Freyer had acquired while attending a two-week long training course at the International World Cycling (UCI) Centre in Aigle/Switzerland in September.“I believe Namibia has a lot of talent. That’s why I want to teach kids the basic, but very important aspects of riding during a young age.”
