Movember has arrived

The Cancer Association of Namibia (CAN) launched the 6th Movember campaign to encourage men to grow their moustache for the month of November hence the name ‘Movember’. Interested men should register at the CAN offices before 1 November with a clean shaven face and the judging of the best growth will take place on 27 November. Lots of prizes can be won. The Movember campaign aims to generate awareness surrounding men’s health issues specifically prostate and testicular cancer and to raise funds for CAN The main sponsors of the event are Kosmos Radio, Distell Namibia, Sanofi and Radio Wave.
