O&L best company four years in a row

Berthold Mukuahima (left), the O&L Group’s Human Capital Director and Sonja Thieme, the Group Manager: Employee Engagement, had reason to revel in the HR success of their company when it was named, once again, as the Best Company to Work for in Nambia. This survey is done annually by Deloitte. O&L Group collected the accolade in the category Large Company, defined by employing more than 500 people. The runner up is Old Mutual Life Assurance Company, while Trustco was third. In the Medium Sized Company Category (fewer than 500 employees), Santam Namibia triumphed for the second year running, with the MVA Fund taking second place and Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) taking third place.
