Junius said that it is a fair opportunity for every dealership and vehicle salesperson and that the winners are chosen by calculating the rolling average for the duration of the campaign as per the number of deals introduced by the dealership.  “They all had a minimum target to meet per month during this campaign and the dealerships had to reach their set target before the salesperson could qualify,” said Junius. Meanwhile the second and third prize were also awarded at the bank’s annual prize giving event and the top performing dealerships were also recognised at the Annual Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance Gala event. The campaign pioneered by Standard Bank’s Vehicle and Asset Finance department ran from 1 August 2013 to 31 July 2014.
