Local boxing stables face off

‘Smokey Joe’ to get a chance to slug it out with local hard hitting bantam weight pugilist Immanuel Prince Naindjala

‘Smokey Joe’ to get a chance to slug it out with local hard hitting bantam weight pugilist Immanuel Prince Naindjala

After a disappointing no show by Argentine fighter Raul Eliseo Medina last weekend, Joseph ‘Smokey Joe’ Hilongwa will have a chance to restore lost pride at  the upcoming local boxing bonzana pencilled for 26 July at the Windhoek Country Club. The MTC Nestor Sunshine Academy and the Warriors Promotion earlier this week pencilled down the agreement which will see hard hitting bantam weight pugilist Immanuel Prince Naindjala slot it out with another remarkable bantamweight fighter in the format of Joseph Smokey Joe Hilongwa. In what both stables described as a match made in heaven, both boxers are relishing in the knowledge that the victor will take home the title of the WBO African Bantam Weight- currently held by Naindjala.

The bouts are set to take place at the Windhoek Country Club and has been branded  as the No Mercy Part three boxing bonanza. Last week Joseph ‘Smokey’ Hilongwa was supposed to trade leather with the more experienced fighter from Argentina, Raul Eliseo Medina for the International Bantamweight. Hilongwa missed his opportunity as the Argentine did not manage to travel to the land of the brave. In another highlight Lukas ‘Desert Storm’ Sakaria is set to fight Tommy ‘Show Man’ Nakashimba for the Featherweight National Title.
The No Mercy Part 3 Boxing Bonanza will be supported by MTC and the MTC Nestor Sunshine Academy.
