Best dealers taken to paradise island

The Paradise Island Challenge for automobile dealerships and salesmen is now in its 10th month with a who’s who list of peopl and companies in the auto trade all vying for the grand prize.
“As it officially enters its 10th month, Standard Bank Namibia’s ‘Paradise Island Challenge’ for its top Dealership and Vehicle Salesmen is in full swing” the bank said this week.
The campaign pioneered by Standard Bank’s Vehicle and Asset Finance department runs from the 1st of August 2013 to the 31st of July 2014.
“This is a national campaign with an international prize. The winners of this latest campaign, as well as their spouses, will be treated to an all-expenses 10-day trip to Phuket in Thailand, where they will experience first-hand one of the world’s most exotic islands,” said Standard Bank Namibia’s New Business Manager, Eugene Junius.
Speaking at the launch of Standard Bank Namibia’s 2014 Auto Show recently, Junius announced the current front runners of the campaign, announcing the best-performing vehicle dealers and sales people up to 15 May 2014.

“Like last year the categories for this campaign remains the same with just a few minor changes. It is a fair opportunity for everyone. Dealerships should reach their set target before the salesmen can qualify,” explained Junius noting that all the different dealerships in the various categories are competing against each other.
“They all have a minimum target to meet per month during this campaign. The salesman who comes 1st in each category will be included in the trip to Phuket, while the 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded at our annual prize giving later this year,” he said.
