Photography: Gesche sells Willem to the world
Willem Vrey, known for his sensitivity in approaching photographic subjects, announced last week he has been joined by Gesche Pinsenschaum so that he can focus entirely on his craft while she manages the studio.
Willem Vrey Photography started operating in June of 2011, and has since established itself firmly as a creative and fine art photography and print studio. Vrey has established a solid reputation for covering a manifold of events including corporate images, wedding parties, and privately commissioned art. In response to the recent surge in social interest and sales growth experienced by his studio, it has since doubled its capacity to two staff members.
Gesche Pinsenschaum, Manager of the Willem Vrey Photography brand, is now responsible for brand image and public relations, organising and executing exhibitions, private and public sales of fine art printing, and also to arrange and organise commercial and private photo shoots.
“It’s important to let the artist tend to his art. I’m here to handle the details,” said Gesche. It is expected that with Gesche running the administration and sales side of the business, Vrey will be able to spend more time dealing with his creative process, conceptualising shoots, and travelling for various personal and commissioned projects. “We cater to a wide range of customers but offer the same amazing creativity and quality to all. If you need a photographer or print materials to be produced, Willem Vrey Photography is the name to remember,” is the clarion call of the new studio manager.
