Africa Oil Week in Cape Town

The Africa Oil Week conference where the continent’s main hydrocarbon players converge, is scheduled for 03 to 07 November 2014 in Cape Town.
Delegates and presenters at this year’s conference will discuss breaking trends and critical upstream issues.
The organisers said this week key players in and leading thinkers on Africa’s hydrocarbons will present the major opportunities in the upstream arena.

The 21st Africa Oil Week will focus on Leading Corporate Players in Africa, Africa’s Giant Plays and the Ensuing Opportunities, New Frontier Openings, Foreign State Oil Companies and Africa’s Exploration Potential. Several government representatives are expected to make presentations and hold roadshows.
The conference expects 1600 senior-level delegates, with 100 senior high-level presentations. Government delegations will be present with over 140 corporate and government speakers on the programme and over 160 exhibition booths displaying a wide range of growing service and supply industry operators found across Africa’s oil and gas value chain  The 16th Annual Scramble for Africa: Strategy Briefing 2014, will be held concurrently with the conference.
