Broll Namibia top property manager

The company celebrated its 10th anniversary late last year. It said it has grown to take up a leadership position in commercial and retail property.
Broll offers a wide range of property services ranging from Property and Retail Management to Leasing and Facilities Management. “We are extremely excited about Broll Namibia’s achievements over the past years and hope to add further value to the property industry,” said Marco Wenk, Managing Director of Broll Namibia.
Broll Namibia now manages a property portfolio exceeding N$1,4 billion. Wenk said: “Since establishing Broll Namibia in 2003, our main aim has always been to maximise the property potential of our clients’ portfolios under management.” Broll & List Property Management achieved a further milestone when it was the first Namibian property management company to receive its ISO 9001 certification in July 2004. The company has been ISO-accredited ever since.
“I am proud to say that Broll Namibia is a fully-fledged Namibian company employing only Namibians,” said Wenk. “Even back then it seems we employed Namibians and embarked on numerous projects to be able to grow our staff complement and give more Namibians a chance at employment,” he added.
Past projects include the refurbishment and expansion of Wernhil Park Shopping Centre, the upgrading of and extension to the Alexander Forbes House/Carl List Mall; the refurbishment of the Pick ‘n Pay Centre in Walvis Bay and the construction of the Standard Bank Centre/Town Square Retail Mall in Windhoek.”
Wenk said Broll is not only looking after properties in the O&L Group, but the company has also supported numerous landlords and developers across the country with their management and or development needs. “We offer a number of property services to the Namibian market and anyone is welcome to contact us in future.” Broll is a subsidiary of Ohlthaver & List.
