Soon it will be Valentine’s Day again, and wo of the upcoming events at the Franco Namibian Cultural Centre are focusing on the lover’s day theme: On Thursday, 6 February, the Theatre Sports team is presenting a Valentine’s Day edition of their improvised theatre show, titled “Love, Love Me Do”. And on Saturday, 8 February, the FNCC is offering a Storytelling Hour for children on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. THEATRE SPORTS: Love, Love Me Do – A Valentine’s Day Edition

Are you a cynic or a romantic? Have you booked a table months ahead in that exclusive restaurant and ordered the red roses – or are you voodooing that picture of your ex lover? The Theatre Sports crew takes a satirical look at Valentine’s Day customs and trends, from the most unsuitable gift to the greatest love stories and songs of all time. Viewed through their crazy rose-tinted lenses, and once again based on audience suggestions, the Theatre Sports team presents an evening of love-inspired improvisation.
