FNB Namibia appointed Erica Mulondo as Group Manager: Customer Service

Erica Mulondo has become FNB Namibia’s most recent managerial appointment, joining the commercial bank in the capacity of Group Manager: Customer Service.
Speaking about her recent corporate move, Mulondo said that, “ I am ecstatic and grateful for the opportunity to be of service to others.
 FNB Namibia is a strong brand that celebrates efficient and innovative products with a reputation for providing exceptional service excellence that creates memorable customer experiences.

My purpose in life is to inspire others to find their ‘voice’ and live life a little bit better every day.  I look forward to an exciting journey with the vibrant and passionate FNB team.”
Mulondo started her career in the banking industry and has worked for two other commercial banks namely, Standard Bank and Nedbank. Altogether, she has 15 years experience in the banking industry.
She is an MDP graduate and holds several accreditations to her name.  Commenting on the key role of Customer Service, Mulondo said “customers are vital towards the operations of FNB which necessitates the importance of having a dedicated source that looks at customer service from a strategic view point.”
