NAMA 2014 winners to perform at TribeOne Dinokeng festival in Pretoria

The best Male and Female artist as well as the Best Album of the Year at the 2014 Namibia Annual Music Awards (NAMA’s) can look forward to another exciting prize as they are now guaranteed main stage performance slots at the world class TribeOne Dinokeng Festival,which was recently launched in Pretoria.
NAMA executive, Tim Ekandjo, explained that their performance at this prestigious festival will give artists the unprecedented Pan African and International exposure.

The campaign with the three NAMA winners will commence from the announcement at the awards show leading up to the festival in September. This world class, 3-day music festival will be the first of its kind on the African continent, and will be the African continent’s debut on the global music festival circuit boasting a unique multi-day, multi-stage musical line-up.
The inaugural:Dinokeng Music Festival takes place on 26, 27 and 28 September 2014 and will be the centerpiece of the multiple celebrations and initiatives that Pretoria has set in motion to celebrate South Africa’s Heritage. The inaugural festival coincides with South Africa’s 20 years of democracy. Pretoria will use this world class music festival as the platform to celebrate this milestone in South Africa.
‘TribeOne Dinokeng will be an electrifying mix of music genres across three main stages with over 150 artists performing live on the ‘Thunder Valley’ and ‘Diamond Fields’ stages and DJ’s playing live sets in the multiple‘ Dance Village’ domes. In addition to the main stages there will be more than 50 official staged busking points per day for emerging and unsigned talent creating a platform for up to 150 unsigned artists.
The NAMA winners who perform at TribeOne Dinokeng Music Festival will have all their expenses paid, sponsored by MTC and RockStar4000.
