With 30 years of banking experience within the Standard Bank Group, Corrie Kotze is proud to be a seasoned banker of Standard Bank Namibia.

Corrie Kotze was recently appointed as Credit Evaluation Manager to take charge of the bank’s Vehicle and Asset Finance and Agriculture section within Personal and Business Banking.
Ever since she joined the Credit Evaluation team on 01 October this year, Corrie has been enjoying her job responsibilities.
“I strive to apply my knowledge gained over a period of 30 years within the bank to add value to the Credit Evaluation team and business,” she said.
Her job responsibilities are to effectively add value to risk management in order to assist Personal and Business Banking in achieving their asset growth targets, while maintaining a quality lending book, through judicious and effective management.

She is also tasked with evaluating proper proposals that meet sound criteria and credit risk falls within acceptable parameters, approve and recommend appropriate credit facilities including the terms and conditions of facilities.     
Besides ensuring timely and quality credit assessments and decisions, Corrie is also expected to provide expert advice to business partners on all matter relating to credit risk assessment in the Vehicle and Asst Finance as well as Agricultural environments.
Over the years, she has also been exposed to preparing for the migration of collateral information into Standard Bank Namibia’s new banking system.
Since 1983, Corrie has had a rich and loyal career at Standard Bank Namibia.
 She was in charge of Home Loans and Vehicle and Asset Finance Collateral within the Credit Division of Home Loans from July 2005 to end September 2013.
