A local company, MZN Trading, has announces the first edition of the Namibia Wedding Magazine which became available to readers on 11 October. The publishers describe the new magazine as a breath of fresh air, filling the gap in the Namibian market for a dedicated magazine that serves as a wedding planning tool coupled with fresh inspirations and ideas closer to home.
“The magazine inspires a nation that cherishes weddings and captures the essence of the unique spirit that is brought about by the bliss of a wedding. It is a publication that Namibian readers can enjoy as a luxury read. It also serves as a platform for businesses and vendors at large in the wedding businesses to showcase their portfolios.
“The magazine plays its part in protecting the sanctified union and the virtue that it upholds, as a contribution to the Namibian social fabric adding value to lifestyles of Namibians. Namibia Wedding Magazine positions itself as the delivery of outstanding and memorable events backed by a sustainable business model to guarantee a publication every season.
The magazine is published seasonally thus readers can expect a copy every quarter. It will soon be on the shelves of many more outlets in the country, to be announced as they evolve. Currently, 2000 copies have been printed for the first edition, of which the number is expected to increase every quarter based on demand.  So far the copies can be found at Rocky Crest Supermarket as well as the Puma Service Station in Bach Street, Windhoek West.
Copies have already been distributed to the Coast and southern part of the country and in due course copies can be expected to be available at Engen Service Stations and Pick n Pay stores country wide, and other outlets.
Namibia Wedding Magazine is co-founded by three passionate Namibian women. The trio, all bona fide wedding lovers, comprise Monika Sheefeni responsible for Production, Zelnadia Engelbrecht responsible for Sales and Marketing and Ndeshi Conteh responsible for Finance and Operations.
The team is supported by Communication Expert, Alisa Amupolo as editor.
