Multichoice has launched a new bouguet for Windhoek residents, GOtv Plus and Gotv Mobile.

These two new bouquets have been designed to provide the best option for joining the digital television revolution. GOtv now offers both the GOtv and GOtv Plus bouquets packed with exciting local and international channels designed to keep the family entertained with great news, movies, kids programming and sport. GOtv Mobile will now allow Windhoek residents full access to enjoy GOtv on the go. Gotv Plus has over 30 channels. “Africa is a part of the digital revolution and Namibia is no exception bringing with it more choice and more value to television viewers. African governments have approved a continental digital television switchover that will be completed by 2015 at which time Namibia is set to switch off analogue. Analogue will eventually be switched off, in which case all Namibian households will need to switch to digital in order to watch television. Current DStv subscribers will not be affected by the transition as their service is already running on digital,” said Roger Gertze, General Manager of MultiChoice Namibia.
