More Town Square
The ever-popular Town Square, smack in the middle of the central business district has recently seen significant changes to its retail mix and general appearance, the property’s manager, Broll Namibia, announced this week.
According to Marco Wenk, Managing Director of Broll Namibia, the new shops are adding to an eclectic retail mix. “We are proud to say that Town Square has become your one-stop shop for a shopping experience that will cater for any and all of your shopping needs, catering from ladies and men’s fashion to home & décor, restaurants and wellness”, said Wenk.
The new shops that have joined the Town Square family are Hungry Lion, Tekkie Town, Madame Victorine, Color Fashions, Ongoma Trading and Mad Price. The regular Town Square shops are @Home, Exact, Galaxy, GCM Cellular, Guyde, Legit, Mr. Price Weekend, Mugg & Bean, Nature’s Way, Ocean Basket, Shilongo Leatherworks, Streethouse, Torga Optical, Sensia, Runways, Le Noble Exclusive Boutiqe and Ndilianna Hair Studio.”
Wenk added that the reason for the success of the long-standing tenants at Town Square was the fact that they offer services and products needed by shoppers in the CBD area. “Our perfect location and tenant/retail mix (clothing and restaurants) matches the needs of our shoppers.
