Find out about logistics at Fair

The Namibia German Centre for Logistics (NGCL) is joining the cream of Namibian Business at the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair to promote its Masters’ Programme that academics and professionals can enroll for. The importance of the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair, according to the Logistics Centre, cannot be underestimated for Namibia and its economy.
The vision of the Centre is “To be a centre of excellence that educates leaders in logistics and transport and in turn promotes regional economic development”. Through research and education this is achieved by the Namibia German Centre for Logistics and its partners, both locally, regionally and internationally.
During the trade fair, there are many opportunities to engage with the specialists, professionals and lecturers of the different logistical education programmes.
“The Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair is a perfect opportunity to find out more about logistics, transport and the vital role it plays in Namibian and regional economics and growth. Especially for those interested in pursuing this field, but that are not based around Windhoek.  Looking at the very real challenges facing Namibia in its drive to fulfill its goals and promises set forth in Vision 2030, it is clear that logistics in all its forms plays an essential role”, the centre said announcing its presence at the trade fair.
“Any country that wants to move forward can only begin to move forward if the lifeline of logistics and transportation is working smoothly. Through research, education and partnering with relevant organisations, the centre is making this a reality.” said Neville Mbai, the logistics centre’s adding “Our presence at the trade fair provides the perfect platform for people to enquire about the skills training, coaching and mentoring that we offer.”
