Straight set winning in volleyball ladies league

Khomas Nampol Volleyball club (KNVC),SKW and Revivals Volleyball club put on spectacular performances at the Bank Windhoek National Volleyball Ladies League last week Saturday, winning all their matches in straight sets against their adversaries.
The Police ladies from the Khomas region beat NDF and DTS in all three sets, winning 3:0. Blazing in just right behind them was SKW who battled it out with Oshikoto Nampol Volleyball Club (ONVC) and Eleven Warriors (EWVC), easily defeated both teams in straight sets, winning the matches 3:0 each.
In addition, the ladies from Katutura, RVC, defeated both the Unam girls and DTS in straight sets, winning the matches 3:0 each.
In other matches, Polytechnic of Namibia defeated EWVC in straight sets, 3:0, but lost in straight sets to ONVC.
Unam encountered the tough NDF team in a thrilling match filled with sharp attacks and defences. The NDF ladies won the first set, but Unam increased their momentum to win the second set. However, the NDF team proved too tough for the students, and finally won the third set and the match, 3:1.
SKW now hold the second position on the log standing, while RVC holds the third position, followed by KNVC in fourth position. NDF still leads the log standing.
The four leading teams are following each other with only one point difference.
