Sanlam hosts junior tennis tournament

Sanlam Namibia Holdings has donated N$20 000 towards the hosting of the Sanlam NTA July National Junior Tournament which will take place this weekend.
This is the fifth consecutive year that Sanlam has sponsored the tennis sport code.

The main aim of the Sanlam NTA July National Junior Tournament is to develop the sport, expose juniors to competitive tennis in an effort to prepare them for a potential career in tennis. All local tennis players up to the age of 18 are able to register and take part in the tournament and the announcement of the winners will be made on Saturday, July 13th at 14H00 at the Central Tennis Club in Olympia.
Rosy Jacobs, Sponsorship Co-ordinator of NTA Junior Committee commended Sanlam for its ongoing support, “We would like to thank Sanlam for their continuous support as the kids can only improve their potential with corporate support. Besides, sports contribute to a balanced and disciplined individual.”
The public is invited to this two day event which will start from 14H00, Friday, July 12th at the Central Tennis Club.
