Fourth Kia Namibia Beach Volleyball Tour
Tin Hlupic and Gerard Fischer are the favourites for Saturday’s Maerua Superspar Beach Volleyball tournament, which forms part of the Kia Namibia National Beach Volleyball Tour.
Tin Hlupic and Gerard Fischer who are the favourites in the men’s category of this tournament, sponsored by Maerua Superspar. will be travelling to Croatia for the U21 Beach Volleyball World Championships on Monday.
Players can choose to play in the 2-a-side or 4-a-side format. The 2-a-side competition is divided into five sections, namely men, ladies, juniors, social and girls. The latter one is sponsored by Windhoek Canopy Centre.
In the 4-a-side social mixed group all teams must have at least one lady per team, while no registered volleyball players are allowed to feature. All games of this category will take place on the grass surface of the DTS football field.
