Henry Feris, Managing Director of Pick n Pay Namibia has expressed his delight at the recent announcement of its South African counterpart that was voted the most reputable retailer in South Africa, by the Reputation Institute, the world’s leading consulting firm on reputation.
“We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our franchisor, Pick n Pay South Africa for the accolades they have received. We certainly share in their pride as this recognition further confirms and supports the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group of Companies’ – of which Pick n Pay Namibia is a 100% subsidiary – position in creating innovative and sustainable businesses. Our decision to go into a franchise agreement with Pick n Pay was in deed the right thing to do, and was because of the synergies we find between our two companies,” he said.
Feris said, although Pick n Pay Namibia was a 100% owned Namibian company, they adhere to best practice as is shared through their South African franchisor, and this has proven to be a win-win situation also for Pick n Pay Namibia.
“Pick n Pay South Africa has always been a great company and has earned a number of accolades over the years. We are proud of our association with them, as they also adhere to many best practices that we adhere to within the O&L Group of Companies. This accolade complements what we stand for: “Creating a future, enhancing life.”
