Radio 99FM will celebrate world-class, Namibian fashion and design with three talented young designers at a glamorous fashion show at the Hilton on Saturday 25 May.
The radio station is currently running a T-shirt design competition that must incorporate its logo and a theme from a song that reflects the broadcaster’s brand. The winning design will be announced at the fashion show. The winner receives airline tickets for two to Cape Town and to the Loeries awards on 20 September 2013.
Radio 99 general manager, Christine Hugo said for radio stations “to remain relevant, we need to understand and respect the “terms” of our primary audience. We know that music and fashion are the two lifestyle elements that most interest our audience, hence Listener Driven Radio (LDR), an exclusive fashion show and a design competition that again makes the audience collaborators in the 99FM brand.”
The fashion show is sponsored by Jameson Irish Uisge.
Tickets are available from Computicket in Checkers and Shoprite stores country wide as well as online for N$350 per guest.
