‘From the Kalahari to the World’ set for Warehouse

Local musical icons Elemotho and the Setswana Cultural Group, Makagona Ngwao Cultural group, will bring their soulful sounds, ‘From The Kalahari to the World’, on 27 June at the Warehouse Theatre at 20:00. Tickets will be N$100 in advance and N$150 at the door.

According to a statement revellers have been promised an unforgettable night of culture, music and love serenading, with a home concert before hitting the road to Europe.

Furthermore the musicians promised to give their audience a collaborative performance that will provide a musical journey that encompasses the footprints of the past and the electric experience of the future on one stage.

Elemotho Management said the two performing acts are set to tour Germany, Austria and Switzerland representing Namibian music in the 8th Edition of the African Festival Cast Mamling in Austria held from 5 to 7 July.

“We would like to give a heartfelt gratitude to Air Namibia for coming on board as the flight carrier, flying us to Europe and back to Namibia,” they concluded.
