Fuel prices for February to remain unchanged – Energy Ministry

The Ministry of Mines and Energy announced that fuel prices will remain unchanged for the upcoming monthly trading cycle.

Thus, pump prices for unleaded petrol remain at N$12.05 per litre while diesel 500 and diesel 50 remain at N$13.08 and N$13.13 per litre, respectively.

Minister Tom Alweendo said this decision was taken following the stable international average prices per barrel of refined oil and average exchange rate values over the previous trading cycle.

“The ministry resolved to keep fuel prices unchanged for next month while it continues to monitor the movements of all market indicators that have an influence on the final pump prices paid by consumers,” Alweendo added.
