Colour at Baby Haven

Ernst & Young Namibia spent their previous weekend in Khomasdal to paint the playground structures of Baby Haven orphanage. The auditing and business advisory firm said brightening up the environment for vulnerable children is part of their Corporate Social investment programme. Bringing fresh new colours to Baby Haven’s playground coincided with International Aids Day since the orphanage care for and protect children that are infected. A new sand box was also constructed under the play ground frames where the kids can play with their spades and buckets. Each child received a Christmas gift, courtesy of Ernst & Young’s staff. The paint is sponsored by Plascon Namibia. Shown above are Carlin Fransman, Qwen van Wyk, Shareen Tjirera, Marcha Coetzee, Sunay Orren, Jan Strong, Mari Hitchcock, Thomas Kruger and Constant van Graan with the kids of Baby Haven.
