MTC closes shop in Otjiwarongo

Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) closed its Otjiwarongo mobile home shop as it will undergo extensive renovations, commencing Friday, 15 September until 15 October.

According to the statement released by MTC, the renovations are done with the objective to enlarge the shop, to be able to provide a bigger space for its growing clientèle. At this stage the expected completion date of 15 October.

However, an alternative a mobile unit has been dispatched to Otjiwarongo and it will be operating from the site of the old store, thus ensuring all services are available while the renovations are ongoing.

The operating hours will be as usual from Monday to Thursday at 8H00 until 17H00, Fridays from 9H00 until 17H00, and Saturday from 8H00 until 13H00.

To ensure that MTC remains a preferred choice of many, these extensive renovations will allow the company to provide the very best experience to our valued clients, in knowing that the renovations will mean a larger reception hall and much more intertwined customer service area,” said Tim Ekandjo, Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affairs.
