Biltong heads North

Many traders are headed for Ongwediva where the Annual Trade Fair starts this Friday. Fourways Biltong, an award-winning biltongmaker, with branches in Otavi and Oshakati has set its sights on the more than 110,000 visitors expected at this year’s fair. Here, Lanette Schlechter, co-manager, of Fourways Biltong Shop in Otavi, holds the gold award they won at the recent Biltongfees in Windhoek. The quality of their game biltong booked them the first place in the heavily contested competition. It is with this same top quality, Fourways Biltong wants to capture the Ongwediva show.
