Solid mentorship promotes careers

The Katuka Mentorship Programme which aims at empowering and encouraging entrepreneurs, business and professional women to achieve success in their careers through mentorship, held its last training session for 2012 last week, Thursday. This mentorship programme has produced significant results in the careers of the participating mentees under the guidance of seasoned trainer, Sabine Ruegg. The late Lena Markus,who was Businesswoman of the Year 2001 started the programme in the same year and since its inception, 200 women have been trained through the programme. Telecom Namibia and Namibia Economist are the main sponsors of the programme. Application forms for the 2013 intake will be available from September.
