Six top PMR awards set new record in financial services

Bagging six Professional Managerment Review awards sets a new record for local financial services provider, First National Bank Namibia.

The country’s largest bank by assets, FNB excelled in the latest round of PMR reviews, scooping three Diamond and three Gold awards.

The individual awards were conferred for Business Banking, Personal Banking and Credit Cards, all diamond while Investment Services, Property Finance and the Annual Report took Gold.

The bank’s Executive Officer for Business Banking, Johan van der Westhuizen commented “These awards are a testimony to the great things we are doing as a bank, be it in the business or personal sector or within our various departments. These awards are given to us by Namibians, as they are the ones requested to vote for best bank, best products and best services. To them we say thank you very much. Our stakeholders, namely our customers, are what make us. We remain committed to delivering superior service and to finding banking solutions that are affordable and accessible to every single Namibian.”
