PwC donates laptops to students

JA-Laptops PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), this week donated laptops to 14 of their bursary recipients in a bid to assist them to successfully complete a two week internship with the firm. During their internship, the students will be exposed to audit field work and will accompany the clerks to gain work experience in the world of audit and assurance services. The initiative is a part of PwC global focus on education. PwC currently sponsors 62 students; 44 of whom are from previously disadvantaged groups. The bursary recipients are studying at South African universities towards their accounting degree and postgraduate qualifications.
