Rug for sustainability

Through an intensive environmental education programme conducted at NaDEET (Namib Desert Environmental Education Trust) centre and reached out to three schools and their related communities in the Hardap Region, Reitoog, Uibes and Gochas, have been exposed to the concept of sustainability during a three-year project. The European Delegation to Namibia funded the “Rug for Sustainability” project, the main objective being to expose different communities on how sustainable living can enhance their lives.
